Fill out the application form with a few details about your project. From there, we'll schedule a discovery call to get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit. If we decide to move forward, you'll receive a proposal, sign the contract, and submit your first payment. Then we officially begin.

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire and gain access to your Notion portal, your project's home base throughout our time together. From there, we move into the work : designing, reviewing and refining together. Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Once you're happy with everything, your final files are delivered through your Notion portal.

Your Notion portal is a dedicated workspace set up for your project. It’s where your project tracker, questionnaires, shared media, feedback and final deliverables all live in one place. No lost emails or scattered files.

All projects can be paid in full upfront, or with a 50% deposit at signing and the remaining 50% upon delivery.

Payment plans (split over 4 months) are available for branding and web design projects. You have full use of all deliverables throughout the project, official copyright transfers to you upon receipt of your final payment.

We accept credit card and bank transfer.
