After completing the application questionnaire, we’ll get on an introductory call to see if we’re a right fit to work together and bring your brand from where it is today, to where you envision it to be.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll sign the contract, you’ll pay the deposit or full payment, and access your Notion portal where important documents, media and the final delivery files will be shared.

Before we begin working on the visuals, we’ll research the industry and niche you serve, and establish your brand identity, target audience, positioning, and the strategy that’s most aligned with your goals.

Once you’ve approved the personality and concept of your brand, we’ll move on to the visuals. Logos, typography, colours, textures - followed by all and any collaterals (packaging, social media graphics, website and so on).

We finish with what you’ve been waiting for since filling out the initial questionnaire, the delivery!

Once we’ve gone through any necessary rounds of revision and you feel 100% satisfied with your brand, feeling like it represents you and the work you do, all brand-related files will be shared in your Notion portal in all relevant formats, along with a comprehensive brand guide. This guide will include not only the skeleton of your brand (the concept, positioning, personality, goals, strategy, etc.) but also clear directions on how to use the different visual elements.
